They left out the page with directions to a landfill. Peavey is at best second or third grade gear.

Wondering why you even posted this here?

The white paper on impedance is quite accurate and useful, i have referenced it in many threads.

Peavey's engineers are competent. A few of them even more than that. And Peavey has built a few-operative word being few-items I would call quite decent. The original CS800 is an icon. But it was basically copied from the application notes for the output devices, as was the BGW.

Peavey speaker drivers, not so great. Most of their stuff is built to a low price point, and I have to admit the "bang for the buck. But the majority of their stuff isn't even close to Hi-fi.

How about like our music thread maybe make a thread for each of other manufacturers? Say a JBL thread, an RCA thread...you get the idea.

The benefit for the group would be extra traffic, and every one of those is a possible Altec convert.

Weird-edit function isn't showing on my computer. In retrospect, I was too hasty and posting other brand's reference material might be a good idea if done in an organized fashion.

Even weirder, no edit function but it posted my new post as an update to the old one.

Sometime in the last week or so editing has changed to being done within 15 minutes of posting.

For a much longer period of time a members post directly following his previous post is placed in the previous post as an update. I don't know if this is time related.

    Both actions are a nuisance.
